As a Director, you earn through 4 generations. You're paid on the difference in LGV between each generation:

1st Gen 150,000 LGV (150,000 − 80,000) × 4% = 70,000 × 4% $2,800
2nd Gen 80,000 LGV (80,000 − 40,000) × 3% = 40,000 × 3% $1,200
3rd Gen 40,000 LGV (40,000 − 20,000) × 2% = 20,000 × 2% $400

Note: Leadership Bonus from leaders deep in your downline is adjusted by title gap — leaders paid 3 titles above your paid-as title earn you 50% eligibility on their LGV, and 4+ titles above earn 25%. Paid-as title = the title you were paid as the previous calendar month.
